The 1260 Infinity II SFC Binary Pump is a supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) pump that supports high-pressure gradient formation and precise mobile phase delivery up to 5 mL/min and 600 bar. It can be used with a broad range of chiral and achiral columns, and ideal for fast, high-throughput SFC and SFC/MS applications.
The 1260 Infinity II SFC Binary Pump is equipped with special pistons and seals for utmost robustness under SFC conditions. Carbon dioxide (CO2) is delivered through channel A while organic modifier can be added through channel B for either isocratic or gradient elution. Channel B is fitted with a purge valve to facilitate rapid change of organic modifier.
Features:
- Solvent delivery up to 5 mL/min at 600 bar for extended SFC and SFC/MS application reach
- Fast and precise gradient composition for higher throughput and more confidence in results
- Integrated two-channel solvent degasser for optimum solvent preparation
- Built-in active seal-wash for increased uptime
- Integrated solvent-selection valve for maximum solvent flexibility
