Recombinant Lachnospiraceae bacterium ND2006 (L.b.) nuclease, purified from an E. coli strain expressing Cas12a with proprietary mutations to improve both on-target editing and temperature tolerance. Contains nuclear localization sequence (NLS) and C-terminal 6-His tag. Provided in solution at 10 µg/µL. 100 µg of LbCas12a Ultra nuclease = 670 pmol.
