Anoxomat is the best anaerobic system. In our lab settings anaerobic bacteria's isolated from deep tissue and fluid samples using this system with a quite flexibility and maintaining quality. Besides anaerobic environment it can also provide microaerophilic, or custom environments, such as capnophilic, depending on requirements. It also offers users the ability to program recipes with the optional “User-Generated Recipes” function.

Love the results, disappointed by the forced change to disposable catalysts
Microbiology culture
When we first purchased our two instruments, we were able to use the re-usable catalysts. These were wonderful as they created no waste and saved money. I was extremely disappointed when the company took away the option for using the re-usable catalysts. At a time when most companies are trying to reduce waste, yours took away the option to be the very green, nearly waste free option. These disposable catalysts require special disposal in my state so not only do we have to pay for them, but we have to pay to dispose of them. I could not be more disappointed by this change.

Incubation environment for anaerobic and microaerophilic culture requirements
We have no problems recovering fastidious anaerobes and microaerophilic organisms such as Campylobacter. The instrument is easy to use with very few problems. Our techs like the disposable sachets because, even though they are an added expense, there is one less task for the techs to monitor and perform.
