Easy-to-use machine, stable water quality and excellent customer service.
Laboratory analysis and lab dishwasher
We have used the Aqua RO² since 2018 for laboratory analysis and our lab dishwasher. It's stable and the water quality fits perfectly with our requirements. We had some minor issues with the pump, but the service department reacts fast and within 48 hr the problem was solved. All in all, it’s a good value for money.

Laboratory analysis
We've been using the AquaRO² 10 DI for about 6 months now and have no problems at all. We installed the system by ourselves. It's plug and play and everything is described in the manual. We use it for laboratory analysis and for a dishwasher to clean the instruments we use. The AquaRO² 10 DI comes with a 35-liter tank which is mainly used for the dishwasher. A small pump under the sink in a cupboard provides the pressure for the dishwasher when it's used, the pump is not hearable, it's really quiet and doesn't bother the employees in the laboratory. Customer service is also good, you just write an email with your needs and they reply fast to help you out.

Weathering and laboratory analysis
We have been using the AquaRO2 & EDI2 for about a year. The quality of the water is always constant and meets our requirements in the laboratory. The device is user-friendly, quiet (which is also important for a laboratory) and reliable. Value for money and the service are very good.

EDI 20 can provide stable water of good quality. Easy operation of software, easy installation and maintenance. Intelligent water tank. Water tank faucet needs improvement though.
