OptiLab² & OptiPrep² - Ultra Pure water purification system

We have had the Optilab HF LS in our laboratory for more than 15 years now and use it mainly for the production of HPLC eluents and buffers, which are used for various analyses, and we have never had any problems with the water quality. The system is serviced once a year by a service technician and we have not had any major breakdowns since purchasing it. The system is easy to operate and offers the option of setting a volume.

With the need for hundreds of liters of ultra-pure water per day (mainly for Prep HPLC buffers and Desalination by TFF) and already running an Optilab system with satisfactory performance for more than 10 years, we decided to purchase two of the more powerful Optiprep systems and have not regretted. If following the service and sanitizing plans, the supplied water is constantly high quality with an endotoxin level below the detection limit. And the possibility to automatically dispense any volume by just entering the value on a touch screen at the point of use is a feature we would not want to miss anymore. Furthermore, the downtimes are at a low level, and in rare cases, help was needed, and the service team was available on short notice. And last but not least, the operation of the device is more or less self-explanatory with no need for an in-depth briefing for every user.
