MULTISTAINING FLEXIBILITY

Simultaneously and automatically perform multiple staining protocols on 30-slide racks—whether identical or different. Continuous loading ensures maximized productivity and streamlined workflows. Up to 5 racks can run in parallel (up to 150 slides total), depending on protocol settings and frequency. The SS-30 intelligently calculates the most efficient path for each rack and protocol.
ADVANCED CONTROL PANEL

Each station features a fully programmable agitation system with 4 preset dipping modes and 3 customizable parameters: number, speed, and amplitude of dips. A dedicated washing station mode is also included. Compatible adaptors available for the most widely used coverslipper racks on the market.

The SS-30 comes with PC-dedicated software to easily define and edit protocols and manage reagent lists. Data can be exported via USB for full visibility of protocol status, report generation, and error tracking—keeping lab operations efficient and under control.

REAL-TIME DISPLAY
SS-30 displays in real time the status of each staining protocol. It can store up to 20 programmed protocols in memory with 50 steps each maximum as well as up to 52 reagents (32 preprogrammed). The drain function minimizes the reagent carryover and helps reducing reagent consumption to optimize costs.
USER AND SPECIMEN SAFETY
Lab-friendly integrated filtration system equipped with a charcoal filter and individual lids for the reagent stations to avoid evaporation of reagents. Optional adaptor for the laboratory general extraction system. Back-up battery with 2h autonomy to finish the staining protocols in case of power failure. External 12V power supply.
The transparent hood is equipped with two hinged doors (loading / unloading stations) to reduce the exposure to reagents. Water overflowing in the stainer is secured thanks to an innovative two water level sensors system. The Reagent Management System (RMS) keeps track of reagent usage and ensures an optimal staining quality (available only in version SS-30H).
