Polarimerty
The polarimeter comes with a solid sample tube which can be cleaned in the dishwasher. The temperature probe can easily be disconnected from the polarimeter. The greatest advantage however is the impressive range of measurement: it is more than twice that of competitors! While most polarimeters have a sugarscale that goes just beyond 100 degrees Z, the 880T can go up to 259 degrees Z. It can also easily be connected to a pc to import measurements.
