BeadBug is a compact bead based tube homogenizer for tissue samples. This machine can homogenize tissues is a 2 ml tube with homogenizing beads. Three bead tubes can be accommodated at once. Machine homogenizes tissue nicely with beads (Zirconium) to get improved RNA/DNA yield. Even hard to homogenize tissues can homogenized well. Use appropriate sized beads recommended for each tissue. Speed and time of homogenization can be selected on the bead bug to suit your tissue. Normally for most tissues 1-2 minutes would suffice.
