Micropipettes
This is a local company. They brought a crew of 3 people to efficiently and accurately test the calibration of our micropipettes. If they were out of calibration, they re-calibrated them. We also had a few missing parts replaced and o-rings replaced. They came to the lab and did the work on site. They were very professional and their fees were similar to other calibration companies. I like using local businesses.

Laboratory Testing
The Sartorius Rep. Alex Berezovsky is courteous, calls to schedule the appointment at a time that is convenient for us. Alex arrives on time, takes a few minutes to find out if we have any problems or concerns with the Balances before he starts to work. He works efficiently, with minimal interruption to our lab. When he completes the calibrations he makes sure he has left the work area clean and the equipment working properly. Alex takes his time to explain his findings on the equipment and makes recommendations if needed. I really am happy with the Calibration Service we receive from Sartorius.
