This is a great product based on HTRF detection system. The assay is completed in less than 4 hours and quite reproducible. The price is a little high when compared to other competitors.

Three kits to cover a wide range of cAMP concentrations.

After the introduction of IP-One, the first HTS immunoassay that can easily detect inositol(1)phosphate (IP1), a stable second messenger which tightly correlates with Gq-coupled receptor activity, the optimization of cAMP assays with the new HTRF® acceptor d2 offers a complete GPCR platform.

The upgraded cAMP dynamic 2 and cAMP femto 2 assays, along with the new cAMP HiRange assay, take into account the variability of customers’ biological material and cover a wide range of cAMP concentrations. The cAMP dynamic 2 assay is the kit of reference, suitable for most applications, while cAMP femto 2 is the most sensitive of the three, and cAMP HiRange is used when the target has a high level of expression.

These assays display all the characteristic advantages of an HTRF® system: totally homogeneous, detection via fluorescence, signal stability, miniaturization down to uHTS levels (less than 10 µl), "mix & measure" type protocols limited to just a few dispensing steps, and use in "single plate" mode on cultured cells.
