BioAnalytical Chem
It is quite simple to use. It functions at UV-NIR wavelength range. In our lab, it was used to detect the concentrations of the Aptamers (ssDNAs) and the concentrations of the nanoparticles that we synthesized. The life time of the instruments was not as long as we expected though.
