CAS-MAP™ 3 apoptosis probes utilizes the caspase family inhibitor DEVD-FMK conjugated to an green fluorescent label (DEVD-FMK). The Caspase 3 probe is cell permeable, nontoxic, and irreversibly binds to activated caspases in apoptotic cells. The probe is injected in vivo to non-invasively detect cell death.
The ProBo™ ultrabright green fluorescent probe is up to 17x brighter than traditional probes and less sensitive to photobleaching, which may be desirable for tissue microscopy.
