CAS-MAP™ ProBo™ 9 apoptosis probe utilizes the caspase family inhibitor LEHD-FMK conjugated to an ultrabright fluorescent label (PROBO-FL-LEHD-FMK). The Caspase 9 probe is cell permeable, nontoxic, and irreversibly binds to activated caspases in apoptotic cells.
The ProBo™ ultrabright green fluorescent probe is up to 17x brighter than traditional probes and less sensitive to photobleaching.
