Expensive and well built, but the generator is too short for my needs

This is a very expensive piece of equipment. We use it to homogenize cannabis distillate or formulations. The homogenizer is sturdy and well built. I have 2 significant issues. Firstly the motor on the PRO250 heats up extremely rapidly. The material being homogenized has a consistency resembling very light corn syrup. I have used IKA grinders which have the ability to flush the motor with house air/N2. This would be useful preventing automatic shutdown. My second issue is the generator. I'm using the longest generator available (30x200mm) but to really work I need a generator long enough to get about 3/4 down a 10L bottle, or 350-400mm

We appreciate your feedback about the unit. Please note that there should be minimum heat from the motor unit under ideal homogenization situations and when the equipment is regularly maintained. I encourage you to reach out to our sales and support team to address this, so we can help you troubleshoot as well as make sure your motor unit and probe are in proper working order. As for the need for the additional length of your probe, please note that for the most efficient homogenization you want to be 1/3 of the sample height off from the bottom of your container. Also, the maximum processing volume for this setup is 5L (of a water like solution) if your volume exceeds that, we’d love to make a recommendation for our larger benchtop system which has probes up to 340mm in length.
