CD-Chex Plus®
CD-Chex Plus is a positive procedural control for T-lymphocyte, B-lymphocyte and NK cell enumeration and features two clinically relevant levels of CD4+ cells, a normal level of CD34+ cells and several other parameters for use as leukemia and lymphoma quality controls.
Flow Cytometry Quality Control
The product is super easy to use. The CD Chex Plus product has a lot of CD markers in it which makes it great for quality control to help avoid having to use so many other products. The ranges that are provided are useful for helping to easily identify problems.

Flow Cytometrc
We have been using this product since we started performing flow cytometry in our lab 10 or more years ago. It has always been reliable. It is very easy to use (use as you would a patient..that is the whole idea of QC). I have always had successful results with the product. It is available when needed. All of the employees of the company whom with I have had interactions with have always been very helpful and pleasant. This goes back to Margaret Thompson many years ago. I would always recommend this product!

Flow cytometry
We use this product as a control for CD4 TBNK subset testing. Really loved the Statslink that comes with it, very easy to use and we can get a large group of peer data to compare with, also knowing our data trend. This is important because knowing where we are at among other users gave us more confidence when precipitating CAP's proficiency testing program.

CD-Chex Plus provides 30 assayed parameters for immunophenotyping by flow cytometry including T-lymphocytes, B-lymphocytes and NK cells. It is available in two clinically relevant levels of CD4+ cells and features a CD34+ population and several additional parameters that can be used as leukemia and lymphoma quality controls. Designed to resemble a patient sample, CD-Chex Plus is manufactured from normal human peripheral blood leukocytes and erythrocytes and can be used to verify the accuracy and reproducibility of the steps involved in the process of the immunophenotyping including reagent staining, erythrocyte lysis, sample preparation, and instrument performance. This control offers 30-day open-vial stability, which eliminates the need to track thermal openings, and 90-day closed-vial stability, reducing the number of shipments, associated costs and time spent performing lot-to-lot correlation.
CD-Chex Plus and CD-Chex Plus CD4 Low are available in plastic vials with pierceable caps for use with automated flow cytometry sample preparation instruments and are assayed for immunophenotyping with BD® Biosciences and Beckman Coulter® flow cytometry systems.
