T cell subsets
The tubes are glass, which is a slight drawback. The caps are the old stopper like tops, not the newer pop off tops. They are messy to recap. BUT, the specimens are viable for up to 7 day at room temp, and the results are reproducible.

Hematology of body fluids
I love the product, we have never had an issue with using it for our quality control assessment of our body fluid testing and differentials. The one thing I wish it had was a dropper so we did not have to take off the top and use a pipette every time we needed it.
