It is really easy to use with straightforward QC files and group functions. It does have the tendency to break down but they have a good engineer service. It has easy maintenance and a good display of scatter plots.

This instrument is extremely easy to use. Not difficult to maintain or calibrate. However, I would prefer an instrument where the diluent was not separate from the machine.
