Ease of use because we get results in less than 5 minutes. The after sales care comes only after a year if we do not call the engineers for major troubleshooting. It is still good value for money since it operates for 24hrs and is cost effective.

The celldyn 3200 is very easy to use. We have not had too many issues with it. We’ve had it for 6 years. The only problem is that every time you call with any kind of question it costs money. Abbott no longer provides free phone call help. That being said it is a very reliable instrument and I would recommend it for office use.
