Cell proliferation assay
We use the Cell Proliferation WST-1 reagent for assessing cell proliferation adherent and suspension cells. The reagent is very sensitive and easy to use. The values obtained is within the range of absorbance when measured within 4-6h after addition of the agent. The reagent could be stored at 4 degrees and not need any additional reagents . Especially in suspension cells the reagent makes the assay very easy. There is no need to wash or remove at any stage. The reagent could added directly and the measurements could be made. The customer service of the distributor "Alkali Scientific Inc" is very good and prompt. The reagent has value for the dollars paid.
