The Yokogawa CQ3000 high-content imager is a state-of-the-art imaging system designed to provide high-resolution, high-throughput analysis of cellular and tissue samples. This benchtop system is equipped with advanced optics and imaging technologies allowing it to capture detailed images of biological specimens with exceptional clarity and precision. The CQ3000 features a modular design that supports a variety of imaging modalities, including confocal, widefield fluorescence, and phase contrast. The CQ3000 is microlens enhanced dual- spinning disk confocal unit (CSU-W1) enabling three-dimensional and multi-color live cell observation while also boasting high-speed confocal imaging with a low level of cellular photo-damage and photo-bleaching. The powerful 20x water immersion lens boasting 1.0 NA and 2.0mm working distance allows for high resolution images at an expanded magnification range, while the optional uniformizer provides exceptionally consistent and efficient illumination of the entire FOV. Multiple imaging modalities including confocal, widefield and transmitted light make the CQ3000 an incredibly flexible imaging device, while high-power solid-state lasers not only speed up imaging, but also make observing weak signals possible.
To further increase the throughput, the dual-camera setup available to the CQ3000allows for simultaneous imaging and subsequent analysis of multiple channels and parameters within a single sample. This high level of multiplexing is facilitated by sophisticated image acquisition and processing software, which can perform on the fly complex quantitative analyses that can feed back into the imaging routine for real time imaging decisions. The system’s automation and high-throughput capabilities are designed to streamline workflows and enhance productivity, bolstering efficiency in gathering and interpretating large volumes of data for more informed decision-making.
