We have had this centrifuge for 6 years now and never have any problems. The cooling is fast, the touch screen is easy to set up, when it spins, as long as well balanced, it is very quiet. It is worth the money to invest one!

Its speed of up to 16,873 × g allows for standard molecular biology applications. Moreover, this compact device has an especially low access height and is characterized by a remarkably quiet operation.
Eppendorf QuickLock® lid for ergonomic operation
Rotor with unique QuickLock lid—fast and secure lid locking with only 1/4 of a turn. The rotor provides an aerosol-tight containment for safe centrifugation of hazardous samples such as viruses, pathogen bacteria, blood samples or radioactive probes. Rotor comes standard.
