Protein chatacterization
CD is very easy to use. Interchangable cuvettes holder will allow to scan very wide protein concentrations. Detector is tuned to 1150-160nm which is great if you want to use for kinetics . Sample holder can be temp controlled from 5-95C and will allow to check protein stabilitt/melting. Lamp is amazing and vary stable, the same goes with monochromator. Data is used in provided software which makes it easy to detect melting points. After care is great and team is very responsive to your needs. You will have to use purest nitrogen available 5.0 (99.999%) to take good care of the optics.
