The Clean FFPE DNA Kit is designed to isolate high quality DNA from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples. To prevent crosslinking of nucleic acids caused by formalin fixation, the kit consists of specially formulated buffers and lysing conditions to isolate the DNA from the samples. The kits protocol is fully scalable and due to the use of our magnetic bead purification technology, can easily be automated on liquid handling workstations (e.g. Beckman, Hamilton, Tecan, Caliper, Perkin Elmer, Agilent and Eppendorf).
