ColorKits are designed to facilitate the measurement of the activity of phosphatases, ATPases and other Pi-generating enzynes in microplate assays. Sample assay protocols are also provided.
ColorKits are ideal for accurate determination of activity values of enzyme preparations, and may also be used in purification work to locate enzyme activity in column fractions. Currently available substrates include Phytic acid, ATP, AMP, pNPP and pyrophosphate.
