The unit is calibrated to accommodate a 5ml fill volume in each of the six vials it holds. CoolCell SV10 offers a unique, cost-effective way to achieve reproducible controlled-rate freezing without the use of a programmable cryogenic freezer. The design and materials ensure precise, uniform and highly reproducible heat removal from all vials in the container during the freezing period. CoolCell SV10 is unbreakable and opens easily - even at cryogenic temperatures. Frozen vials can easily be removed when the cap is removed and the vial caps are exposed.
