This is not the fanciest product to review, but one of our lab's must-haves. I have been completely satisfied by the ease of use as well as reliability of these cell-culture plates. They are easy to image using a different range and variety of microscopes (either for brightfield, DIC/Transmitted-Light microscopy or fluorescent imaging). They can be further coated with different matrix proteins depending on the needs of the specific primary cells and more fastidious cell lines and the type of experiment. After this step, I have been satisfied by the overall reliability of the applied coating material and its even distribution. Overall, I would recommend this product for any lab where individuals do a lot of cell-culture based experiments, live-cell imaging using a temperature-controlled microscope to take serialized images (high content imaging device) as well as for general experiments involving plate readers and fluorometric assays.
