COVID-19 Spike-ACE2 Binding Assay Kit
The RayBio® COVID-19 Spike-ACE2 binding assay kit is a rapid, simple, and sensitive method to characterize the binding affinity of the SARS-CoV-2 Spike (S) protein and the Angiotensin I Converting Enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor complex in the presence of potential inhibitors.
Note:
The binding assay comes in two different options based on which protein is immobilized on the plate and which protein is added in solution (i.e. "query"). It is the researcher's responsibility to select the format for their study.
