Maintaining and repairing service for Agilent Q-TOF
We have been using Agilent's preventative maintenance service for 4.5 years. According to the contract they fix any problems, help through remote engineers and send parts if necessary. In general service is very fast and they follow by emails or calls. Additional to this their annual maintaining service saves a lot of time and money. We are going to prolong our service contract few more years.
