We regularly use Agilent for yearly preventive maintenance, performance verification and repair for our Agilent instruments. The silver plan proved to be effective in preventing any issues before they happen. The response time with on site visit is short (1-3 days). All repairs were done to our satisfaction. The only downside is the price which can be high depending on the instrument.
