Easy to use, sustainable
Easy, simple, sustainable
We use the reagent reservoirs for more than two years now and we don't want to miss them. All used solutions like elution buffer, beads or ethanol are easy to handle with them and it's nice to get everything out of the troughs again. Since there is a reusable stand delivered together with the solid reservoirs Integra saves plastic because the troughs don't need their own stand. They are not the cheapest on market, but they are worth buying and use.

A great solution to a pain in the assay of any kind!
Beta-gal assay
Beta-galactosidase assays are an easy and timely means for looking at gene expression in bacterial systems. However, when you are screening multiple strains at different time points, the numbers add up. In order to pipette volumes into 96-well plates quickly and efficiently, the Integra Disposable Reagent Reservoirs are a gift from the science Gods! And not just beta-gals! Liquid handling
These reservoirs are superior to other reservoirs I've used in part because they consist of smaller quantities of plastic and thus safe space and are safer for the environment. This is due to the sturdy reusable bases provided that hold the disposable reagent sleeves. The reservoir sleeves are also available in convenient multi-well formats for dispensing different reagents, into the wells of a multiwell plate.

I was missing good reservoirs for my ELISA

Recently, I got to learn about these reservoirs. I was looking for something more reliable as we do lots of ELISA each day. I love the design of 10 ml and 25 ml which I used, it is unbelievable as these are very precise and align volumes.

Assay Development and GPCR study
These new reservoirs do not require a large amount of dead volume which is great for precious samples. Also the clear material can withstand reagents like microscint, which normally can eat away at the white reservoirs.

The reagent reservoirs in sizes 10, 25 or 100 ml are stackable for space saving storage.
The polystyrene inserts are also available with the unique SureFlo™ anti-sealing array to help minimize dead volumes.

- Light is refracted so that graduations below the liquid surface become invisible, making it easier to identify the exact desired volume line.
