Electrochemical measurement of CoC's in water
The DropSens potentiostat is simple to assemble and use with a variety of electrodes or SPEs. The control software is intuitive and allows for a large variety of measurements at the click of a button (or three). Very simple learning curve allows the training of new scientists on its use in a matter of an hour or two. Quick and knowledgeable support available before and after purchase has allowed me to solve a variety of problems that have cropped up in my research!

The i400s potentiostat is one of the most convenient instrument due to its portability and bluetooth connection. I guess, this is one of the instrument, that must be held by any electrochemist especially working on electrochemical sensors which gives them the power being mobile or "Sensing on the Go".

Impedance measurements on sensors
What I like most about this instrument is its ease of use. This potentiostat is a small instrument, comes with the necessary cables to connect any kind of sensor or part. It covers all the analytical methods I need, and comes with a useful interpretation software, both for analysis of measured data and to simulate model data. Since EIS was a new technique for me, I started with a workshop at Metrohm to learn the basics, which was very helpful and well done, and then was delighted to find EIS available for the dropsens potentiostat, of which we already had one, and which provides ecellent value for money. We use this instrument to judge sensor status and electrical behavior, and so far all measurements have been plausible and reproducible, which gives a strong sense of reliability.

Analyze new metal complexes and their ligands
The little Dropsens µStat400 is a quite powerful instrument for simple electrochemical analysis. It provides a range of simple experiments and it covers a good current and voltage range. It is extremely small and easily transportable. For us, this device adds perfectly to our big multi-functional potentiostat. The sensitivity of the µStat is amazingly high and reaches the old device that used to be much more costly. As the µStat400 is fully convenient to our needs, we could double or analytical capacities for a relatively low price. I have so far no experience with the After Sales Care for this machine, but before purchase we had a model of the µStat400 for an extensive trial at no costs and the communication with the technical staff and the sales managers was perfect. Also, we received excellent service in the past for our old instruments over the years.
