The product is a perfect all-in-one device for our laboratory. When we asked customer service, we received a quick response and support. The device was delivered quickly. We had the previous model, which we were allowed to use, in another laboratory and because of its satisfaction The decision was made to purchase the model. Quantification of nucleic acids and proteins
DeNovix is very easy to use. The interface is touchscreen; thus, it helps get work done faster and more efficiently. It also connects with a label printer, so samples and tubes are easy to label. Other labs want to use it because it is more convenient than the instrument they have. Troubleshooting is also easy.

Quantification of Nucleic Acids and Bacteria
The DS-11 is the most intuitive instrument for quantification I've used to date. I've been using the NanoDrop in various labs for the last 15 years and the DS-11 is much more intuitive, has been very accurate and has more functions. Our team uses the DS-11 for both spectrophotometer functions, fluorescent assays of DNA and RNA quantities and A260 measurements of bacterial growth. The team at DeNovix has been responsive and the repair to our machine after the screen was drenched in TAE was quick, painless and inexpensive, even when we were out of warranty. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
