Gene fragments for Gibson assembly
Easy to order and easy to use. The eBlocks Gene Fragments got to the lab very quickly compared to other suppliers (within 3-4 days after the order vs at least 2 weeks). The gene fragments were without adaptators, already diluted in water at given concentration so they were ready-to-use for Gibson assembly. Some synthesis difficulties occured for G/C-rich parts of the fragments but this can be avoided by a codon optimization.
