These plates are very easy to use. They have a visible numbering on the plate, that make it easier to pipette the sample into the correct well. No mistakes, at all. The material of the plates is very clear and efficient on spectrophotometer reading, the results using these plates are always replicable when I compare with other brands.

Detection and verification of biomolecules play a key role in research, development and diagnostics. ELISAs are based on the property of biomolecules to passively adsorb to polystyrene surfaces. Depending on the physiochemical characteristics of the biomolecule to be analyzed, different surfaces are needed for their reliable immobilization. To provide the ideal surface for analyzing your biomolecule of interest we offer our ELISA plates with two different surfaces, medium binding, and high binding.

Features:

  • Medium binding surface is hydrophobic and generally suited for the adsorption of mainly hydrophobic and large/flexible molecules
  • High binding surface features a defined hydrophilic surface which has been optimized for the adsorption of more hydrophilic and small/rigid molecules
  • Transparent ELISA plates with flat, round, and conical well shapes
  • White and black ELISA plates for luminescence and autofluorescence analyses with minimized “well-to-well crosstalk” as well as light scatter
