The Endosafe nexgen-PTS is a masterpiece. Our lab uses the Endosafe for endotoxin assays. We recently changed from using the microplate assay to the Endosafe and it saves us so much time and headaches. Really easy set up and analysis of results. The customer service was also extremely helpful with the initial IQ/OQ/PQ setup. The cost of the cartridges may seem expensive, but after we accounted for the time saved from traditional assays it has great value.
