This expanded long PCR system ROCHE is very effective and appropriate for the long PCR product. I did amplify successfully about 8kb of PCR product with good accuracy and reliability. For constructing the targeting vector, this product was very effective and only remained with few errors. This product is best suitable for designing long PCR product.
