Store temperature sensitive samples
I have been using this refrigerator for last 5 years. During this time, I have had both positive and negative experiences. We have a big one in our lab, which used to go through 4 defrosting cycles in 24 hr. During each defrosting cycle cabin temperature dropped down to -10C. Also, some of my small volume samples i.e. cDNA, PCR reagents etc. used to completely thaw during defrosting cycle. We reached out to sales rep and he send a tech to reduce the defrosting cycle duration and increase the set temp from -20 C to -30C. I also learned that displayed temperature is the temperature of air and not the temperature of sample. So, this freezer would display -20C on display but your sample temperature might only be 0C.

Sample storage
Annoyed with the Zeroth Law of Thermodynamics? Heat transfer ruining the samples that you've arduously created over days of lab work? Need a place to keep that yogurt that Karen keeps taking even though you've expressly told her that it's not for general consumption? Look no further than the Fisher Scientific Isotemp General-Purpose Refrigerator/Freezer. With a tolerance less than a Trump supporter at an NRA convention, you can be assured that your sample will remain at temperature with razor accuracy. There are times when one sits down and says "self, why do you put up with temperature variance? Why do you accept average when it comes to the prevention of heat transfer?" I can honestly say that since this purchase that line of self-thought has completely vanished and been replaced with more fulfilling self-dialogue like "A ton of people is really only 12-14 people" or "I really enjoyed Will Smith in Independence Day." So the moral of the story is, don't settle. If you need you need to keep your items colder than a scorned lover, look no further than the Fisher Scientific Isotemp General Purpose Refrigerator/Freezer and where else better to purchase it from than the fine folks over at Select Science "The Fastest Way to Expert Opinion".
