I needed a way to generate standard known concentrations of trace amounts of different chemicals. An easy way to do it is through the use of permeation tubes. Normally, while using permeation tubes, you need to keep track of flow rates, temperature, permeation rate of each chemical in the permeation tube for the proper concentration estimation. I purchase a FlexStream several years ago and it keeps working fine. Once you enter the permeation rate and temperature of the permeation tube that you are using, the system takes care of the rest. Once that information is enter you only need to tell the system the required concentration, and the system does the rest. You can also program step ladder concentrations over time if you use the included software. It also allow you to have several permeation tube at the time with different chemicals each.
