Force LC Columns
The culmination of 20+ years in LC, Force performance LC columns are long-lasting and reproducible, even under the stress of UHPLC. Premium quality is backed by the strength of our 100% Pure Satisfaction guarantee. And perhaps most important, Force columns are fully scalable between 3 or 5 μm HPLC and 1.8 μm UHPLC, so you can easily transfer and optimize methods without extensive calculations. Analyzing drugs in urine screens
We love these columns! We updated our method in 2018 and switched from the Raptors to the Force columns and they are wonderful with what we use them for. Their life span has doubled if not tripled and they're a little cheaper than the Raptors. We still use the Raptors for our Oral Fluid method and they run great, but the Force is awesome! We get great results too.

Reaction monitoring and GLP analyses
Good unique column but bleeds a little. Takes a while to equilibrate. Wish it was also available in flash cartridges.

pesticides in foodstuff
I am appreciative of RESTEK's after-sales care. They sent me the adult chromatogram and separation condition details. We didn’t need to find other ways to complete our method development. Also, this column's stability and lifetime was impressive. Thanks, Tom.

Force FluoroPhenyl LC Columns (USP L43)
Restek's FluoroPhenyl phase offers chromatographers the ability to run in reversed-phase or HILIC mode for a variety of compounds. Restek's FluoroPhenyl columns are also amenable to LC-MS because they are extremely reliable and efficient with acidic mobile phases.
- Capable of both reversed-phase and HILIC separations.
- Ideal for increasing sensitivity and selectivity in LC-MS analyses.
- Offers increased retention for charged bases.
Force C18 LC Columns (USP L1)
The general-purpose Restek C18 is a conventional monomeric octadecylsilane column suitable for analyses of a wide range of compounds from acidic through slightly basic.
- A traditional end-capped C18 ideal for general-purpose use in reversed-phase chromatography.
- Wide pH range (2–8) provides excellent data quality for many applications, matrices, and compounds.
- Offers high hydrophobic retention.
Force Biphenyl LC Columns (USP L11)
The innovative Biphenyl is Restek's most popular LC stationary phase because it is particularly adept at separating compounds that are hard to resolve or that elute early on C18 and other phenyl chemistries. As a result, Biphenyl columns are extremely useful for bioanalytical testing applications like drug and metabolite analyses, especially those that require a mass spectrometer (MS).
- Ideal for bioanalytical testing applications like drug and metabolite analyses.
- Heightened selectivity and retention for compounds that are hard to resolve or elute early on C18 and other phenyl chemistries.
- Limits ionization suppression and allows simple, MS-friendly mobile phases.
- Restek’s most popular LC stationary phase.
