GATCLIQUID ONCOEXOME is the the first non-invasive service for whole exome sequencing (WES) of circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA). This service allows for a comprehensive profile of all mutations present in the protein coding regions of the genome of suspected cancer patients in cases where limited information on clinically relevant tumour-associated mutations is available.
