This is the second time we've ordered with Twist, and both times our products arrived in a very short time after ordering. I should note that we're a Brazilian lab, and we usually have some trouble getting our international orders cleared, but never with Twist. Cloning
Twist will synthesize sequences that IDT does not! However, to our knowledge, Twist does not sequence their gene fragments.

Cloning of synthetic genes
I routinely order synthetic gene fragments from TWIST for our structural biology and assay programs. With the right end adapters they are extremely easy to clone into our suite of golden gate vectors for testing of recombinant protein expression (2-3 days turnaround upon receipt). Genes are delivered quickly and I have yet to encounter any problems.
