Seamless cloning of multiple DNA fragments in a single reaction
The kit comes complete with control plasmid pieces, and along with the primer design feature on the NEB website, makes assembly of multiple pieces of DNA into a single vector extremely easy. Instructions about the length of overhangs are very clear, and it's almost fool-proof. The only thing that ever causes problems in the process is the DNA sequence itself, and the ease of designing appropriate primers for amplification.
