Gly-Q Labeled Glycans

Agilent Glycan Alignment (formerly ProZyme) Standard Set includes the Gly-Q glucose unit (GU) ladder and Gly-Q migration standards. These internal standards provide accurate N-glycan identification when used with the Gly-Q CE system.

Glycan Alignment Standards Set includes the Gly-Q GU Ladder and the Gly-Q Migration Standards for use with the Gly-Q Glycan Analysis System. The Gly-Q glucose unit (GU) Ladder is generally the first run at the beginning of each sample sequence and produces >15 peaks in the electropherogram. The Gly-Q Migration Standards (MS) co-injected with subsequent unknown samples will be aligned to the Maltodextrin (GU) ladder for glycan naming and alignment purposes. A lower migration standard (LMS) and upper migration standard (UMS) corresponding to 3 and 15 glucose units respectively is used to align with the above described Maltodextrin (GU) ladder. The Migration Standards (MS) co-injected with subsequent unknown samples will be aligned to the Maltodextrin (GU) ladder for glycan naming and alignment purposes.
