The Gyrolab® Generic PK Kit enables the quantification of human therapeutic antibodies in non-human matrices including mouse, rat, cynomolgus monkey, rabbit and dog during pre-clinical PK studies in early stage biotherapeutic development. The Gyrolab Generic PK Kit includes pre-labeled capture and detect reagents, buffers, consumables, and a Gyrolab Bioaffy™ 1000 HC disc (96 data points). Analytical range approximately 3 logs, or 20 ng/mL to 14 µg/mL (neat concentrations) using Gyrolab Bioaffy 1000 HC discs.
