Gyrolab® Human IL-10 Kit Reagents

The Gyrolab® Human IL-10 Kit Reagents accelerates the quantification of IL-10 in human serum samples for biomarker monitoring. The Gyrolab Human IL-10 Kit Reagents includes capture and detect reagents, recombinant human IL-10 standard (25,600 pg/mL), sample dilution buffer and wash buffer required to generate 96 datapoints (1 disc) and is optimised for use with Gyrolab Bioaffy™ 4000 discs (not included with reagents). Analytical range approximately 3 logs, or 0.75 pg/mL to 1200 pg/mL (on disc concentrations) using Gyrolab Bioaffy 4000 discs.
