The Gyrolab® Human IL-6 Kit Reagents accelerates the quantification of IL-6 in human or cyno serum samples for biomarker monitoring. The Gyrolab Human IL-6 Kit Reagents includes capture and detect reagents, recombinant human IL-6 standard (28,800 pg/mL), sample dilution buffer and wash buffer required to generate 96 datapoints (1 disc) and is optimised for use with Gyrolab Bioaffy™ 4000 discs (not included with reagents). Analytical range approximately 3 logs, or 2 pg/mL to 1400 pg/mL (on disc concentrations) using Gyrolab Bioaffy 4000 discs.
