The Gyrolab® p24 Kit is made with highly selective antibodies for quantitation of p24 proteins for determination of lentivirus titer. The Gyrolab p24 Kit includes pre-labeled capture and detect reagents, pre-diluted standards, buffers, consumables, and a Gyrolab Bioaffy™ 1000 disc (96 data points). Analytical range approximately 4 logs, or 0.2 ng/mL to 1000 ng/mL (neat concentrations) using Gyrolab Bioaffy 1000 discs.
