Gyrolab® Anti-AAVX Kit streamlines the qualitative assessment of pre-existing antibodies against AAV vectors, enabling detection of total anti-capsid antibodies in cynomolgus monkey and human samples. The kit is generic in the sense that it detects binding antibodies against different AAV serotypes without the need for development of serotype-specific assay. Gyrolab Anti-AAVX Kit comes in a CD5 configuration and includes Gyrolab Anti-AAVX Kit Reagents, Gyrolab Bioaffy™ discs, Gyrolab Anti-AAV Positive Control, sample dilution buffer, wash buffer and accessories required to generate 480 datapoints (5 CDs)
