Isolate total RNA from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue as well as fresh-frozen, tissue-research samples for use in RT-PCR with the High Pure RNA Paraffin Kit. The quality of RNA obtained with this kit is suitable for relative quantification of mRNA with RT-PCR, especially with the LightCycler® Carousel-Based System.
