Built on 145+ years of market-leading microtomes, Leica Biosystems offers the next generation of microtomes with specially designed models for serial cutting with the actively cooled RM CoolClamp, which keeps the block cold longer for consistent slice thickness over multiple sections. The new model allows you to switch between high and low-profile blades even faster without changing blade holders by using the 2-in-1 Blade Holder.
- The new Personalized Coarse Feed Wheel facilitates faster trimming and allows you to advance or retract the specimen according to your preference by manually turning or automatically with the push of a button.
- Allows you to program the Memory position – the instrument can remember the optimal specimen exchange position for your block.
